Job Description:
As a Club Manager at Champions Gym, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to deliver exceptional service and experiences to our members. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead by example, embodying the values and ethos of Champions Gym.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued and empowered.
2.Operations Management:
- Oversee all aspects of club operations, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
3. Member Experience:
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving to exceed member expectations at every touchpoint.
- Proactively address member feedback and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Organise events, workshops, and classes to enrich the member experience and foster community engagement.
4. Business Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract and retain members.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement initiatives to drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
5. Community Engagement:
- Act as a brand ambassador for Champions Gym, representing our values and mission within the local community.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organisations to promote health and wellness initiatives.
- Organise community outreach programs and events to raise awareness of the benefits of fitness and martial arts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for health, fitness, and martial arts, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the club.
