A rare and amazing opportunity for a Store Manager to take the next step into a Cluster Manager overseeing 3 locations. They are looking for a manager who demonstrate empathy and determination to surpass expectations and can hit the floor running.
The Candidate:
- 3+ years Store Management experience in a high volume and fast paced environment
- Motivate each store to achieve and deliver on sales, KPIs, wages, shrink & productivity targets
- The ability to implementing systems and procedures to improve the business performance and efficiency within each store
- Solid analytical skills, business acumen and practical application
- The ability to support, coach and train a successful team
- Comfortable working with intimate product
