As Cluster Manager, you'll oversee operations in Northern Sydney stores. Spend 3 focused days each week at the Carlingford store, providing leadership and support to your team and Store Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Store Oversight: Ensure exceptional customer experiences beyond the sale, efficient people management, visual merchandise upkeep, and inventory control across all stores.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans, providing leadership to drive outstanding customer service through coaching and mentoring your team.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead a culture of innovation, recommending strategies for enhancing sales, staff performance, stock management, and operational systems.
- Performance Management: Set and achieve goal targets and KPIs, supporting and training staff to meet team budgets and KPIs.
- Talent Development: Nurture the growth and development of direct reports, fostering a talent pipeline within the retail network.
- Operational Tasks: Prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets, managing escalated store or customer complaints promptly and professionally, and overseeing all aspects of the employee life-cycle including recruitment assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous Cluster Management experience in the retail sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, engaging teams, and achieving KPIs.
- Exceptional people management abilities and a thorough understanding of performance management.
- Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and act efficiently.
- Interest in thinking creatively to enhance market knowledge and improve performance.
- A genuine passion for customers and the ability to organize and engage in internal and external events.
- Good active listening skills, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for the team and peers.
- Ability to think on your feet and move with a sense of urgency.
