Working for the three Hilton properties in Perth, you will be responsible for the recruitment process from beginning to end, specifically:
- Writing and posting creative advertisements, to attract the right candidates to the right jobs!
- Using Hilton collateral to enhance our advertisements and presence on social media
- Vetting candidates and referring applicants to Department Heads in each of the properties
- Delivering application outcomes, making offers, administering the onboarding paperwork, and finalising the hiring process
- Developing relationships with third parties - particularly Hospitality Schools and Colleges to source the best students for our hotels
- Hosting recruitment days on and off site
- Being proactive, recognising trends, and anticipating recruitment needs
To be most successful in this role, you'll be:
- An experienced Recruitment Specialist, with an eye for talent and a passion for hospitality
- Self-motivating and resourceful, confident and capable of making your way independently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and creative
- Happy to work in varying environments, and be on-the-move
- Engaging and positive, enthusiastically promoting the Hilton brand whilst identifying Hilton values in potential talent
