Position Overview
As a CNC Mandrel Bender Machine Operator, you will play a pivotal role in our production process.
Operating and maintaining the CNC Mandrel Bender machine, you will be responsible for producing
precision-bent components according to specifications, ensuring quality standards, and contributing
to an efficient manufacturing workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Mandrel Bender machine to bend metal components accurately and
efficiently.
 - Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise bending angles and
dimensions.
 - Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine
performance.
- Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards and make necessary
adjustments.
 - Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify accuracy and adherence to
specifications.
 - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Qualifications
-  Proven experience as a CNC Mandrel Bender Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC machine operation and programming.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of metalworking processes and materials.

 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to machine maintenance.
- Vocational training or certification in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
