AddressWe are currently seeking dedicated Machine Operator / Food Process Workers for the packing of FMCG product based around the Heidelberg area. This role involves repetitive tasks and requires meticulous attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- 7 AM to 3 PM, with potential overtime (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Monday to Friday, with potential weekend shifts
Employment status
- Pay rates: $30.10 to $32/hour plus Supers
- Casual - ongoing , potential temporary to permanent
The role:
- Packing products, cleaning work areas, making boxes, and assembling ingredients
- Performing repetitive packing tasks with precision and accuracy
- Ensuring products are packed according to quality standards
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborating effectively with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia with unlimited working hours
- Previous experience in machine operation or food processing in the food industry is preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail
- Capability to stand for long shifts and work overtime as needed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
