One of our valued clients is an expanding Engineering company currently experiencing significant growth. They need an experienced CNC LASER PROGRAMMER. This role involves the PROGRAMMING, NESTING,OPERATION and MAINTENANCE of Laser and plasma cutting machine. Available for IMMEDIATE START these positions will start as casual 5 days per week and present a great opportunity for the right person to grow with the company into a permanent role.

To be considered for this position you will need the following:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in nesting, programming, operation and maintenance of laser and plasma cutting machines (ESSENTIAL). Bystronic trained preferred.
• Experience in AutoCad, Solidworks and Microsoft Office software
• Experience with programming Prima, Bystronic software would be highly regarded
• Sheet metal development and fabrication experience
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Experience with MRP systems
• Able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
• Able to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Able to work 6.00am - 2.30pm
