This roles Main Duties:
- Creating designs for mechanical devices, machinery, parts, products intended for production, as well as site drawing for building projects.
- Creating 3D models of parts, sheet metal parts, mechanical equipment, assembly, and sub-assembly using SolidWorks software.
- Utilizing 3D rendering software specifically SolidWorks Visualize, Adobe Photoshop, and Blender 4.0 to create computer-generated imagery depicting factory infrastructure and equipment.
- Developing detailed production and site drawings to assist in manufacturing and installation process using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Utilize tools and software designed to assist in understanding and utilizing building drawings for efficient project management and develop a systematic approach to organize and interpret the information on the drawings.
- Creating guidelines for production, and identifying the necessary materials, machinery, flow of materials, and arrangement of CAD files for production.
- Setting up standards and guidelines for the installation, alteration, quality assurance, and examination in accordance with engineering concepts and safety regulations.
- Perform engineering calculations, structural analysis, and fluid dynamic simulation of the mechanical equipment to assess performance of system.
- Establishing product and process standard for designing, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance in accordance with the AS/NZS 1668, AS/NZS 4114, AS/NZS 1375 standards.
- Overseeing ongoing operations and organising the specifications for new designs, surveys, maintenance, and improvement plans
- Working closely with R&D team to assist in evaluation of quality and performance of products, modifying existing products and processes to achieve maximum quality and performance of the equipment, while meeting the client needs.
- This position would be suitable for a graduate with minimum 2 years similar experience
