About the role:
An opportunity exists for CNC Lathe Machinists to join our team in Revesby!
The facility offers excellent long term employment for team players who are interested in building a career path supplying to a stable industry..
Job tasks and responsibilities:
• Setting and operating CNC Lathe Machines
• Planning, programming and testing of products
• Examine effectiveness of completed products
• Producing products to key specifications
• Operating different types of machinery on the shop floor
• Multitasking and producing components to a high quality / standard
• Provide assistance to the engineering team with new designs and appropriate feedback
Skills and experience:
• Must be trade qualified and have experience with CNC Lathe / VMC programming and machines.
• Experience with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controller (Highly desirable)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work to the instructions.
• Ability to use measuring instruments
• Experience with Heavy component machining (Highly desirable)
