To apply you must have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Metal Machinist or CNC Machinist
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on 5-axis machining
- Proficiency in programming and operating both 5-axis and conventional 3-axis CNC machines, including experience with G-code and CAD/CAM software
- Experience in operating Mazak machineries and knowledge in Mazatrol CNC programming language
- Knowledge machining symbols, specifications, tolerances and ability to read complex engineering drawings
- Heavy industrial, steel manufacturing, crane, structural steel fabrication, drilling and/or oil & gas industry experience
- Knowledge in API Threading Systems an advantage
- Experience in in-process inspection and calibration, QA works
- Fitting experience desirable
- Documents to support your visa application (passport, police clearances, employment evidences including reference letters, salary evidences such as pay slips or government contribution records, and school records)
- Valid Driver's License
- Good English communication skills

- Technical diploma or related short-course certificate
- Formal qualification or training in machining
- Physically fit
- Set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines, as well as conventional 3-axis machines, based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance and make necessary adjustments to meet stringent quality standards
- Select and install appropriate tooling and materials, ensuring seamless machine operation in both 5-axis and 3-axis modes
- Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to optimize performance and prevent potential breakdowns
- Program 5-axis CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software to execute precise cuts and shapes in complex geometries
- Utilize your expertise in 5-axis machining to efficiently produce intricate parts, maximizing machine capabilities
- Thoroughly inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify adherence to tolerances and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machining processes and achieve production goals
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work environment
