The opportunityIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that all students are transported to arranged locations in a safe and timely manner. The preferred applicant will
- hold a current Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) auto licence
- have considerable experience driving heavy vehicles
- hold a current blue card or a willingness to obtain one
- be readily available during school term
- be flexible in working hours, including week-long excursions, day field trips to Brisbane which may include early mornings and late evenings and be available for occasional weekend work
- effective relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to relate well to children and adults
- be comfortable driving throughout all country and metropolitan areas.
