The Coaching and Performance Specialists in Home Claims are responsible for the delivery of our onboarding program and upskilling of new Home Claims staff following induction. This team contributes to strategic initiatives by providing the right tools and knowledge foundations for new staff to be successful and effective in their roles.

• Apply engaging facilitation approaches and deliver a high-quality onboarding program.
• Maintain participant engagement and attendance records and provide timely feedback to leaders for identified behavioural issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain training content and material.
• Participate in and support the competency review and sign off process for onboarded staff.
• Engage in workshops with leaders and Optimisation to ensure training is consistent, relevant, purpose-led and effective.

• Strong knowledge of Claims discipline, practices, and products.
• Strong technical insurance and policy interpretation skills. Including a sound understanding of the Privacy Act, Insurance and Financial Services and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end home claims management.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proven facilitation/training experience.
