Your Role

The Total Loss Client Manager role is to manage all Total Loss claims, providing excellence in customer service via empathic support and accurate guidance to customers. This is to be done whilst ensuring cost control strategies are adhered to. The Total Loss Client Manager’s main responsibility is always to provide certainty and excellence in customer service outcomes.

This role is open to candidates based in Sydney or Perth.

Your duties & responsibilities
  • Day to day management of customer enquiries and validating reported insurance claims.
  • Providing our customers with empathy, certainty, guidance, support and final resolution of claim situations and enquiries whilst at all times doing so with excellent customer service.
  • Process claims and provide ongoing claims acceptance decisions and advice on product coverage as per policies and procedures.
  • Management and proactive maintenance of outstanding claim reserves at every claim interaction to ensure the accuracy of the claim reserves.
  • Provide accurate advice to customers and clear information of the next steps in the process of their claim.
Your knowledge & experience 
  • Strong knowledge of Claims discipline, practices, and products.
  • Strong technical insurance and policy interpretation skills.
  • Ability to interpret company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus.
