Altrad are offering on-going work across multiple Projects Australia wide, the position of Scaffolder – Advanced will see you gain considerable insight into major Oil and Gas operations. • Location – Wheatstone Platform Offshore 
• Project description – Requiring x2 offshore Coded Welders for a 4 month scope offshore – AWS D 1.1 and WPS ABU 050
• FIFO – 2:2 Roster – 12 hour days 
• Rates – Base Rate + Casual Loading + Offshore Allowance + Travel Allowance + Super 

Who do we want to hear from? 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Coded Welding, preferably within the resources industry offshore
• Hold the following Nationally Accredited Qualifications:
  • Australian Recognised Trade Qualification
  • Hold a Nationally Accredited Working in Confined Spaces (within 2 years)
  • Hold a Nationally Accredited Working at Heights (within 2 years)
  • OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• Demonstrated experience with welding codes AWS D 1.1 and WPS ABU 050
• Demonstrated experience working in a large-scale oil and gas maintenance environment 
• Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
• Ability to complete a 6G Pipe Butt welding test
