Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Professional Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. This multifaceted role combines Customer Relationship management, barista training, and local wholesale deliveries. The ideal candidate is not only well-versed in the nuances of specialty coffee but also possesses excellent interpersonal and training skills. You will be working closely with our Sales and Account Management team.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale customers.
   • Understand their unique coffee needs and preferences to provide personalised service.
   • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and orders.
   • Assist the customers in succeeding in their business and growing their basket or products and services.
2. Barista Training:
   • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for baristas employed by our wholesale customers.
   • Share knowledge about coffee origin, roasting processes, and brewing techniques.
   • Ensure that baristas are well-equipped to showcase the quality and uniqueness of our coffee.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Collaborate with our roasting and quality control teams to maintain consistently high standards.
   • Provide ongoing support to ensure that the quality of coffee is maintained at the customer's location.
4. Local Wholesale Deliveries:
   • Manage a weekly schedule for local wholesale deliveries.
   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of coffee products to our wholesale partners.
   • Build rapport with delivery recipients and address any on-site concerns.
   • Support the Sales Team in seeking out and building relationships with leads and prospects, ultimately assisting to onboard and continuously support new wholesale accounts.
5. Product Knowledge and Innovation:
   • Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee varieties, and brewing methods.
   • Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for product development and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the specialty coffee industry with a focus on Customer Relationship management and barista training.
• Passion for Coffee: A genuine passion for specialty coffee and a deep understanding of the coffee supply chain.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex coffee concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
• Training Expertise: Experience in delivering effective training programs for baristas.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
