In this role you will manage our Coffee Shop, recruit and liaise with volunteers, and build the environment of inclusion and community that has become a feature here. The Coffee Shop caters for small meetings of community groups and agencies and you contribute to the growth of this part of our business.
Required:
- Hospitality experience min. of 2 years.
- Proven skills in coordination of small teams, and volunteer management.
- Great customer service skills and ability to build rapport.
- Capacity to understand, help develop and implement policies and procedures (relating to food preparation, café operation, church safe etc).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a Church environment and team.
