About the role
The position of Supervisor Civil Construction is responsible for the effective supervision and coordination of site personnel and subcontractors undertaking both City of Coffs Harbour and private works projects to construct quality civil infrastructure with our projects centred around, but are not limited to, water, sewer and road works.
This role will see the successful candidate apply sound judgement and decision-making skills to solve construction related issues in the planning phases and during the construction process.
Lead a successful team and contribute to the community you live by building and maintaining infrastructure for future generations to use.
About you?
Demonstrated experience in the supervision of construction infrastructure and managing labour, plant, and subcontractors to meet the required technical, safety and environmental standards including legislative requirements.
If you hold a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision and have significant experience in the supervision of construction infrastructure and have a proactive and mature approach to leadership and sound knowledge and application in work health and safety - Apply today!

- Starting salary from $77, 428 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right candidate)
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
- Company vehicle for work use and travel to and from home.
- Options to accrue flex time for Monthly RDO's.
- Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.
- Scope for performance-based salary increases.
- Applicable allowances when travel is required for projects outside of the LGA
