Work with us to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in relation to the collection of overdue accounts, payment plans and general customer enquiries with the aim of collecting outstanding payments in full in a timely manner.

How you will add value:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in relation to the collection of overdue accounts, payment plans and general customer enquiries
- Build good working relationships externally and internally
- Timely and accurate updates on customer accounts & database management
- Escalating/referring matters to the relevant teams within the company
- Achieving daily (60-80 dials), weekly, and monthly collections targets & call volumes
- Participating in team meetings, reporting & training
About you:
- Previous Finance experience in collections & credit will be well regarded.
- Experience working in a call centre environment or on the phone.
- Experience with CRM and call centre software
