As a key team member, you will be responsible for producing and issuing invoices on behalf of our client, as well as communicating via telephone and email to assist with resolving disputes, claims and payments. We are actively seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a genuine sense of empathy, and an unwavering attention to detail. Previous collections experience is not necessary for this role.
Key Details:
Operating Hours: Presently Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm on a rotating schedule.
Role Based in Australia
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by handling calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.
Efficiently process back-office tasks
Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.
Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.
