Join our team as the primary point of contact for handling inbound/outbound calls from our valued customers who have received payment reminders. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently processing payments, arranging payment plans, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring precise updates of personal information. We are actively seeking individuals with exceptional Customer Service skills, a genuine sense of empathy, and an unwavering attention to detail. Previous collections experience is not necessary for this role.

Start Date: January 22, 2024
Operating Hours: Presently Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Possibility of working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM on a rotating schedule.
Hybrid Work Arrangement: Begins after training and meeting competency requirements. Initial minimum of 3 months in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Service by handling calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances.
Efficiently process back-office tasks
Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers.
Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Continuously strive for performance improvement through consistent and effective work practices.
