A growing telecommunications business are looking for an astute Collections Officer to join the team!
Providing services for Australian businesses and homes, our client is fixed on being the most reliable service provider in the land whilst offering a range of products to fit the perfect need.As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, following up and collecting outstanding payments, investigating and resolving billing disputes, recording and processing incoming payments from various customers, managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls, reconciling Accounts Receivable transactions, process improvement involvement and other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will be someone with 2+ years' experience in a high-volume collection role in a consumer-based organisation. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a customer service approach to negotiate challenging conversations. You can also deal with multiple tasks and perform under pressure, having excellent attention to detail.
