Engage in strategic initiatives to promote the College and position Adelaide as a sought-after study destination. This involves creating content and conducting outbound activities aimed at converting specific groups of prospective students within the recruitment pipeline for UoAC. As a College Champion, you will represent and advocate for UoAC and the destination of Adelaide
Responsibilities
- Conducting phone calls and chatting via the Ambassador Platform (TAP) to prospective students that are engaged in the recruitment pipeline
- Record and track calls and chats made, and provide status updates into relevant systems
- Make referrals to other points of contact within UoAC as required
- Execute follow-up as needed via email, phone, and TAP, working closely with the student recruitment and admissions teams to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students.
- Assist with UoAC promotion activities, e.g. facilitate webinars with prospective students, social media/TAP content creation, event support, and campus tours.
Essential
- Current or previous UoAC student
- Knowledge and experience of student life at UoAC
- Outgoing and professional phone manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in a language other than English
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Excel
- Experience in customer service
- Student Ambassador or other volunteering experience
