Killester College invites applications for an College Organisation/Timetabler to be be an integral part of the College Organisation Team

The Postion:
The College Organisation and Timetabler Officer constructs the school timetable to meet the staffing and curriculum objectives and makes organisational changes necessary on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the College.
Major Areas of Responsibility
The College Organisation and Timetabler Officer will:
Develop and maintain an effective College timetable which facilitates the learning and staffing needs of the College
Make provision on a daily basis for College/subject events which require support or changes to College organisation
Planning
Develop other timetables, such as exam timetables and supervision rosters
Organise on a daily basis, staff to cover classes of teachers who will be absent for the day
Familiarity with ‘Timetabler’ package would be an advantage. Experience in a school is desirable
