Anchor Homes specializes in designing and building innovative and sustainable modular homes. Our prefab modular homes are built in a manufacturing facility and delivered within 14 weeks, and are delivered throughout Victoria and New South Wales. The Role

Working 5 days a week, in our showroom at our  Bayswater office, you will support our excited customers through their home personalization process, making selections for their entire home with products and finishes. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Carry out the new home color and fixture selection process appointments and guide customers through the specifications and options available for their new home

• Assisting customers in understanding house plans, including façade and elevations
• Developing product knowledge of materials, display homes, and trends
• Prepare for each appointment by familiarizing yourself with the client’s plans and brief.
• Ensure that all selections are recorded completely and accurately, obtaining client signoff, for both internal and external colour & fitting/fixture schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers and other departments regarding specification and colour selection queries
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure that the Showroom is well presented and fully stocked at all times
• Keeping master specification files up to date with up to date fittings & fixtures
• Showroom management, ensuring samples are kept up to date, meeting with suppliers to ensure product offerings are up to date and relevant

Your skills and experience

• You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience and will have a proven ability in the interior design field.
• Your resume will display the following skills, attributes, and experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role / Suitable demonstrated experience
• Diploma of Interior Design or equivalent.
• Passion and enthusiasm for colour, design, home building and interiors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience
• Proactively build collaborative relationships
• An eye for detail when producing documentation
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications
