The Role
- Management, selling and leasing of commercial properties
- Preparation of sales and leasing documents
- Advertising
- Conducting and coordinating inspections
- Negotiating
- Building excellent rapport with all clients and any third parties
- Client correspondence via phone, email and face-to-face
- Administration
- Any other adhoc tasks required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Commercial role is desirable
- Hold a real estate certificate or be willing to study
- Switched on & good communicator
- Computer Literacy skills
- Able to thrive in a fast paced, continually evolving environment
- Property Management experience is desirable, not mandatory
