An exciting opportunity exists to join a commercial strata Project Sales team appointed to sell luxury commercial strata offices in the Sydney CBD on behalf of a renowned strata office developer.
This collection of premium suites is re-defining the traditional strata office landscape, with a level of service and amenities typically found in a hotel or club. With suites ranging from 36 sqm to 113 sqm, all suites comprise of a private bathroom, galley bar and most suites feature their own private balcony area. The project includes a Concierge, a lobby cafe-bar, wine cellars, exclusive access to in-house shared communal workspaces, meeting rooms and end-of-trip facilities. The building is located in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is close to Sydney Metro Martin Place.
Primary responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and inquiries
- Nurture past inquiry and manage buyer database
- Manage client appointments
- Negotiate sale prices and terms
- Attend sales meetings and share market insights
