Aboutthe role

As a memberof the Commercial Operations & Pricing team, you will play animportant role in supporting Kleenheat to make cognizant decisionsin this exciting and growing space. You will provide accuratefinancial modelling and pricing analysis for Kleenheat’sproduct portfolio, in particular energy and transportationopportunities.

You will seethe impact of your work in the sound commercial decision making,business investment decisions and strategic planning required tounderpin our growth.

Stakeholderengagement is a key aspect of this role. In addition to youranalytical skills, you should feel comfortable assisting bothinternal and external stakeholders and collaboratingcross-functionally with various departments.

Includedin your responsibilities will be:

  • Enhance operational performance by analyzing data for commercial decisions, and develop opportunities to drive growth and optimize margins
  • Facilitate updates to pricing models reflecting market and cost base changes; keeping up to date with key industry and market trends and conditions
  • Blend data-driven decision-making with pragmatic commercial judgement and risk identification
  • Collaborative, with negotiation and communication skills to navigate different views among stakeholders
  • Handle the preparation and coordination of financial and strategic planning activities and assist in developing and maintaining product and operational performance reporting

Whatyou’ll need

  • 3 years minimum experience in pricing, commercial, or related role
  • Breadth of knowledge of pricing theories, principles, frameworks and approaches
  • Comfort with analytics, with experience in statistics, data science, or data analytics
  • Results-oriented and focused on delivering value and meeting commercial objectives
  • Collaborative, with negotiation and communication skills to navigate different views among stakeholders
  • Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data
  • Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volumes without affecting quality of service and delivery
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as effectively within a team environment to achieve team outcomes
  • Strong commitment and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment which is critical to achieving desired financial and impact outcomes
