Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Sanitize and maintain restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.
- Dispose of waste in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Preserve cleanliness in common areas like lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch results.
- Effective communication skills and a capacity to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends as necessary.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is preferred.
