Job Description:

We are currently seeking diligent and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, restaurants, and other facilities.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfaces to remove dirt, debris, and allergens.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.

• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.

• Clean and disinfect common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.

• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning solutions as needed.

• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines for handling and storing cleaning chemicals.

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products used in commercial settings.

• Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

• Physical stamina and endurance to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
