Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perth, WA for an Electrician - Commerical or Electrical Leading Hand. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.

The role for a qualified electrician is available to work autonomously and with a team across commercial projects which includes small refurbishments, shop and office fitouts and large construction projects.

Bayliss Electrical Group offer a large variety of work with in the business which provides staff with various career paths and room to grow, develop and learn with in the business.

Experience & Qualifications;

• A valid electrical license and qualifications relevant to the electrical trade;
• Proven experience in commercial electrical work;
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams;
• Thorough knowledge of Australian electrical codes and standards;
• The ability to take responsibility and lead by example with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality;
• The ability to assess, analyse, and find solutions to on-site issues;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Current driver's license and white card;
• Police Clearance;
• EWP and Working at Heights Training - not required but is desirable;
• First Aid Certificate - not required but is desirable;
• Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment - desirable.
