- Successful Second-Generation Family Business with 30+ direct employees.
- Immediate start – Projects mostly in Sydney and some regional NSW.
- Experience in the Installation of Epoxy Flooring Systems essential.
Our client is a highly successful family run businesses that were established over thirty years ago.
They specialise in the supply, installation, and maintenance of Industrial flooring systems in all sorts of environments such as Supermarkets / hospitals / food processing facilities /abattoirs / heavy traffic areas etc.
They have a reputation for delivering a High Quality Product and Service- and are very selective about who they work for.
These days – they work directly for clients such as Health Dept. / Local Councils / Large Corporate Enterprises (EG Coles / Woolworths / Qantas etc.) If you have entered a Supermarket / hospital or Airport in NSW – You have probably walked on one of their installations.
Due to sustained growth – all from repeat customers - four newly created permanent position have become available for experienced Epoxy Flooring Installers who can assist with project delivery.
The positions are based mostly in the Sydney metro area with occasional regional work in NSW.
The successful applicants will have:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia- Sorry – No Overseas candidates.
- Valid NSW Drivers Licence. - Co Ute/ Van will be provided.
- NSW White Card.
- At least Two Australian years plus in the supply and installation of Epoxy Flooring Systems.
- An unwavering commitment and attention to quality and safety – our client prides themselves in handing over projects with ZERO defects and Client experiencing the WOW factor.
- Outstanding Oral and Written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to Work in a collaborative manner with Clients / Estimators / Site Supervisors / Directly employed trades ( About 30 in total )
- Ability to pass Police Checks / Pre employment Medicals etc.
- A thorough understanding of Technical Specifications and proper installation techniques.
- Ability to identify Opportunity and Risk in every scenario.
- Checkable references.
