Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and partnering with an innovative sales team, this role will be at the forefront of Finance Business Partnering and process improvements. This truly is a great opportunity for an FMCG Analyst or FBP with 3+ years to step up.
DUTIES
- Take a lead on Business Partnering with finance, sales and operational stakeholders alike
- Responsible for P&L and AR/AP data insights
- Develop and lead one direct report with strong BI tool skills
- Deliver insightful analysis to support key sales team decisions
- Oversee and deliver effective month end processes
- Budgets and forecasts to support commercial outcomes
- Maximise systems utilisation across the business
- Drive process improvements
- Advanced operational Finance Business Partnering skills
- 3 + years Business Partnering experience with sales teams in an FMCG environment
- High level of commercial acumen
- Hands on approach to team leadership and mentoring
- CA or CPA qualification
- Confident BI tools user, with Blueshift systems experience preferable
- Strong communication and presentation ability
