Job Description:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Commercial Housekeeper (Supervisor) to lead our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations in commercial facilities, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.

• Inspect commercial spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with established standards and procedures.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their cleaning requirements and address any specific concerns or requests.

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned on time and according to the agreed-upon frequency.

• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are properly stored and utilized.

• Train new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients or cleaning staff in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including inspections, inventory, and employee performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work, with at least [X] years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
