This law firm specialising in providing Commercial legal services to a diverse range of corporate clients. With a strong reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering innovative legal solutions, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join the Commercial Legal team.

We are seeking a highly skilledCommercial Lawyer with a minimum of 6 PAE with excellent knowledge of TAX. The ideal candidate is naturally tenacious and will play a pivotal role within  the team together with providing expert legal advice and counsel to our clients while also contributing to the growth and success of the practice.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Legal Advisory: Provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategic guidance to clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including Tax, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and more.
Transaction Support: Lead and manage complex commercial transactions, including due diligence, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.
Legal Research: Stay updated on changes in Australian commercial law, industry trends, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to clients' legal matters.
Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to ease them while ensuring client’s interests are protected.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 6 years in Commercial Law.
• Experience with complex Commercial Matters
• Excellent Knowledge of Australian Tax Law
• Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
• High commercial acumen and the ability assess risks.
• Exceptional analytical & technical skills.
• Highly organised, exceptional presentation & commutations skills.
• Must be Customer Focused
