Property and Commercial Lawyer

Our client is a leading Perth commercial firm and we are recruiting for their office situated on the city fringe.
  
We are working on two growth roles that will suit Junior to Intermediate level Property Lawyers and Commercial & Property Lawyers with around 2 to 6 years PAE. Our client offers mentoring from an ex-top-tier Senior Lawyer who is technically strong and also has proven skills developing others.
  
The Property Lawyer will be able to work with developers on major mixed use and flat-land property developments in all aspects of the lifecycle of a development.

The successful candidate will bring a foundation of Property Law experience and they will be able to grow technical expertise in mixed use developments, community titles schemes, bulk lot conveyancing and development site acquisitions. 

The Commercial and Property Lawyer will work on the following: 

• Purchase & sale of business;
• Loan agreements;
• Assisting developer clients with their residential, commercial, and industrial projects; 
• Drafting commercial agreements (joint ventures & partnerships), guarantees & security documents;
• Business structuring;
• Advice on legislative requirements;
• Advice on the protection of commercial assets; and 
• Negotiating terms of leases (including rent, transfer options, duration, exit & renewal options).   

Both of these roles will offer strong collaboration with the firm's prominent client base. Our client is a specialist firm with low turnover of staff. They are well-known for being an alternative to a national law firm that offers services in corporate & commercial, property, litigation & insolvency, tax and estate planning.
