Our client likes to remain well-resourced so they are adding two Commercial Litigation Lawyers.
The firm has decades of goodwill in the Brisbane market so you can expect to work with sophisticated clients. The work mix will see you help clients with:
- Partnership dissolutions, joint venture disputes;
- IP Litigation;
- Estate disputes;
- Corporate insolvency litigation; and
- Assisting commercial property owners resolve disputes.
- Well-developed technical & drafting skills in relation to wide ranging litigation;
- A strong eye for detail and highly developed communication (both written and verbal) skills;
- Enjoy working independently but also as part of a team;
- Ability to foster & develop strong client relationships and build new connections through networking & business development initiatives; and
- Confident in efficiently managing clients & workflows and conflicting priorities as they arise.
