ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Commercial Lawyer experienced in various aspects of commercial law. The role involves contract management, compliance advising, and handling legal risks in commercial transactions. The ideal candidate should understand business operations and offer legal solutions that meet clients' needs. Skills in intellectual property, mergers, corporate governance, and dispute resolution are valued. This position promises a dynamic work environment with a diverse client base and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.
»Expertise in business sales and offering advisory services.
»Draft and amend legal documents and write commercial reports.
»Reviewing and overseeing business mergers (e.g. joint ventures).
»Build close working relationships with clients and negotiate on their behalf.

» +3 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE).
