What you'll do
- Using data and analytics to identify new commercial opportunities, determining the optimal Renewal model that balances customer & Team satisfaction, safety and profit.
- Lead a team of specialist QS's to provide excellent service levels both within 360, as well as more broadly across the Brands within Woolworths Group.
- Complex matrix partnering with multiple senior stakeholders across Woolworths to solve problems and improve overall business performance
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to include both financial and business performance risk
- 8 years+ experience within a construction / architectural industry with a customer / analytical mindset
- Value engineering / experience in large retail projects
- Degree in either construction management, structural engineering, architectural engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Financial analysis skills that drive compelling and actionable insights
- Experience creating and driving strategy and developing the narrative to present to senior leaders
- Proven leader of people & teams
