This part time opportunity would suit a law student who is in at least their 2nd year of university. This role is ideally 3 days per week with flexibility to work around university committments.
About the role
- Learn commercial litigation and debt recovery work, including letters of demand, statements of claim, default judgment, enforcement/bankruptcy.
- Work with highly experienced principal lawyer who is very well known in the strata industry.
- Become proficient at working with PEXA.
- Some legal research work, assist with precedents and articles.
- The role also involves admin work, like opening files, preparing costs agreements and billing.
- Opportunities for future work as a lawyer.
- Make yourself invaluable to the practice.
About you
- You are a law student in at least 2nd year at university.
- Hard working and efficient.
