AddressRose Litigation Lawyers Gold Coast office is continuing its growth trajectory and is looking for a remarkable lawyer to join its existing team of commercial litigators.
With a PAE of 1-3-years, this role will suit an enthusiastic practitioner who has had solid exposure to, and a desire to specialise in Commercial Litigation.

The Role
We are seeking a commercial litigator to:
i) Act in a diverse range of litigation cases and commercial disputes, contract breaches, property damage, and other related matters.
ii) Draft and settle relevant legal documents and provide representation in court as required.
iii) Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods to achieve favourable and commercial outcomes for clients.
iv) Provide legal advice and support to clients in the construction industry on matters such as contract drafting, negotiations, and project-related legal concerns.
v) Advise on regulatory compliance, permits, zoning, and land use matters within the construction sector.
vi) Assist with issues involving construction defects, delays, disputes, and contractual obligations.
vii) Act in sub-contractor’s charges enforcement and other construction cost recovery proceedings.
