The Role
With direct access to Partners, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging work across a broad range of large and complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency and reconstruction, and business disputes. Clients include listed and unlisted public and private companies, SME's, major insolvency practitioners, banks and financiers.
You
You will ideally have experience in the superior Courts, strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, Bankruptcy Act and the Australian Consumer Law. Experience in Commercial Litigation and insolvency is highly desirable.
