Who you will be working for:
You will be working in a highly successful boutique law firm with an exceptional Partner and another talented Senior Commercial Litigator who will actively promote your development as an excellent litigator. You will have exposure to some great clients, and you will be paid well for your contributions. This firm requires at least three days of work from the office, but you have the option to work from home for one or two days if you choose.
What you will be doing:
In this Commercial Litigation role you will be working on a diverse mix of General Commercial Litigation matters, including various contractual disputes and associated property disputes and the like. This role will be particularly suitable for you if you are aware of commercial realities for your clients, and are good on your feet with communicating with others.
The successful Commercial Litigator will need:
- At least 4 to 5 years of post admission experience
- Strong commercial nous
- The ability to think on your feet
- Some initiative & a proactive approach
- A passion for Commercial Litigation
