About the Role
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Commercial Loan Adviser.
Financial Analysis and Strategy Development: Thoroughly analyzing clients' financial status discussing detailed financial options and developing comprehensive financial strategies that include robust strategies tailored to individual needs.
Custom Loan Solutions: Recommending and arranging the optimal loan combinations that meet clients' specific needs and Evaluate combinations of different loan structures to meet specific client needs. Which includes commercial, project, and property development finance that aligns with unique requirements.
Document Preparation: Meticulously preparing all necessary documents to clearly outline finance conditions, repayments, and loan periods. Assist in due diligence for proposed finance transactions. Supervise legal documents and collateral execution, ensuring accuracy in finance conditions, repayments, and finance periods.
Commercial Finance Expertise: Specializing in complex financial arrangements for Commercial Loans and finance to support business growth and development projects through expert financial guidance.
Client Relationship Building: Forging and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring a foundation of trust and mutual success. Regularly engaging with cold and warm clients to build rapport and foster future business.
Transaction Management: Actively managing all transactions from initial application through to settlement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Liaise with legal parties, demonstrating knowledge of legal terminology and providing correct instructions without errors during the process.
Goal Setting and Strategy: Collaborating with clients to set realistic goals and developing actionable strategies to achieve these objectives.
Market Research and Development: Identifying and implementing new target market initiatives to stay ahead of market trends, meet evolving client needs and advise clients with the latest updates.
Tailored Quotes and Proposals: Crafting detailed quotes and proposals for prospective clients, offering solutions that are both innovative and practical to maximize potential.

About You
As our newest team member we'd prefer:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in financial analysis and strategy development.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial finance and project finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent document preparation skills.
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology.
- Proactive approach to goal setting and strategy development.
- Strong market research capabilities.
