Due to an increase in work volume this respected Government organisation have an immediate need for two Commercial Managers to lead commercial partnerships as well as the design and delivery of a state-wide program.

Reporting into the Director, Commercial in this partnerships focused role, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and assist commercial initiatives with key stakeholders and Director's support.
- Develop compelling value propositions, business models, and financial structures.
- Provide clear and concise advice on industry and economic strategies.
- Research partnership opportunities and provide high-quality advice.
- Oversee contributions to project deliverables from team members, contractors, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for strategic outcomes through effective communication and negotiation.
- Lead expert advice in commercial negotiations for program consistency.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- At least 3 years in end-to-end program design and management experience, including experience developing and managing to a budget.
- Strong experience in negotiating with senior stakeholders in a wide range of organisations (e.g. consulting, private enterprise, tertiary/education, government).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering commercial, industry, or economic development initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of technology trends, enjoy talking with engineers and laypeople alike.
- Ability to efficiently manage a large portfolio of diverse partners.
- Highly organised, with strong presentation and brief writing skills and attention to detail.
