Procurement & Commercial Manager

Our client is a growing arm of one of Australia's largest Superannuation funds. They are focussed on sustainable development and management of their two large Western Sydney precincts.The Opportunity
Our client is offering an initial 12 month contract, focussing on delivering procurement programmes across Hard & Soft Facilities Services for two Western Sydney Precincts.
You will be responsible for:

• managing procurement categories including construction, facilities maintenance & corporate services
• building & managing supply chain relationships
• working closely with stakeholders to identify efficiencies

Strong potential to undertake Commercial Management responsibilities including an embedded power network are available for someone who demonstrates the capabilities.You
Your proactive and enthusiastic approach to delivering procurement expertise, which has a demonstrated impact on the efficiency and capabilities of the organisation to manage their assets and service their tenant requirements, will set you apart.
You will have strong demonstrated experience in delivering procurement programmes including RFI's, tenders, supply chain management, primarily for Facilities Services in an asset management environment.Benefits
