We are seeking a creative and talented Commercial Marketing Manager to join our collaborative and hard-working team on a 12 month contract, to start as soon as possible until March 2025.

In this amazing role, you will be responsible for the timely and proficient achievement of marketing objectives and targets, reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing. 

This is a varied, fast paced and exciting role – managing marketing activities across three ‘shopping centres’ with different customer profiles.

Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management and the development of key creative and collateral, whilst building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
•    In conjunction with Head of Commercial Marketing and with the support of the retail marketing team - develop, deliver, and continuously manage the annual marketing plans, reports and associated budgets.
•    Oversee the implementation of campaigns and promotions across all three retail assets which drive sales and/or foot traffic, including activations around key periods such as school holidays, Christmas and other seasonal events.
•    Actively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, proactively providing content and updates across relevant channels. This includes the development and delivery of the tenant engagement strategy across all three assets. 
•    Develop and implement relevant and strategic marketing efforts (market research, PR, media buying/placement, communications, presentations, events and more) in line with the marketing plan, while proactively managing/reporting progress, budgets, performance, and deliverables.
•    Oversee development and maintenance of key creative and collateral including but not limited to flyers, brochures, photography, presentations, award submissions, e-newsletters, blogs, website content, advertisements, videos and billboards.
•    Collaborate with creative and media buying agencies to implement campaigns in-line with associated strategies and budgets.
•    Provide end-to-end strategic communications support for retail projects and redevelopments, from the tender process through to tenant openings.

Experience & Qualifications 
Essential:
•    Degree in marketing/communications, or related field.
•    A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant marketing industry / role.
•    Strong organisational and communication skills.
•    Strong working knowledge of online and traditional media platforms and how these can be used to meet business objectives. 
•    Experience with and high attention to detail around managing costs and budgets.
Preferred: 
•    Experience in creating, communicating, and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions for a large retail precinct / shopping area(s).
•    Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, communication, and compliance in a large retail precinct / shopping area(s).
•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Professional & Photoshop).
