Role

The Marketing Manager will be managing a small telemarketing team of 3 people and needs to have strong people management experience. The role also includes managing and implementing all online and offline marketing channels and strategies. The role is based in Head office at Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast.

The role involves the following:

• Lead and manage a small telemarketing team of 3 people
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies 
• Create specific marketing campaigns and promotions to generate new customer contacts and additional opportunities for conversion
• Manage and improve presence on social media platforms
• Track, analyse and optimise digital and social media marketing campaigns
• Website management 
• Manage and review all website, branding and quotation copy.
• Brand Management

About You

You have strong leadership skills, are highly organised, you have a sharp eye for detail. You are highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving KPIs.

Other Attributes include:

• Previous experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations 
• 3+ years digital marketing background gained with demonstrable experience in SEO, SEM and AdWords. Other digital channels will be an advantage.
• Capability to build Marketing Plans that encompass Brand, Product Portfolio, Channel, online and offline marketing strategies.
• Expertise across a multichannel marketing mix including but not limited to telemarketing, email marketing, online, google, Facebook, referral marketing and more.
• You love the data. You are a marketer who is fastidious with the measurement of marketing success. 
• Strong leadership skills to build capability of teams, and lead & inspire.
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media management tools, and email marketing software

The Package
The salary is $85,000 + superannuation. There are career progression opportunities on offer for the right person. 

Flexible working arrangements including 1 day per week working from home.
