Commercial PM & Accounts Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant Property Manager & Accounts Support to join our client on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week).

Location: CBD or Kew (your choice!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing commercial property portfolios
• Provide accounts support, including invoicing and reconciliations
• Utilize property management software such as Cirrus8, Console Cloud, Box & Dice, and Goat
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an assistant commercial property manager
• Familiarity with Cirrus8, Console Cloud, Box & Dice, and Goat software
• Agents Representative license
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
