The Role
Due to an expanding portfolio of awarded contracts, we are currently looking to take on board a passionate Junior Project Coordinator. We are seeking a driven and proactive person to join us in our Sydney office located in Wetherill Park. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Coordinator with job scheduling and supporting the delivery of hoarding projects
- Assist in scheduling and delegating day-to-day activities to factory staff and hoarding installers
- Attend site inspections and generate compliance check reports
- Attend site measures, and ensure clients’ requirements are met
- Prepare detailed hoarding proposals, including drawings, cost estimates, timelines, etc.
- Keep track of job completions, compliance checks and equipment records
- Maintain positive relationships with clients (mainly commercial shopping centres), subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries in a professional manner
- Project administration, such as issuing POs, invoicing, procurement, documentation, etc.
- Be available to take calls and emails at reasonable times and have a positive can-do attitude.
Key requirements:
- Own car and driver’s licence
- Experience working within a construction project management environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Reliable and can work autonomously
- Ability to take own initiative and resolve problems
