- Licensing Requirements: You must hold a current Salesperson Real Estate Registration or full license from the Office of Fair Trading, as well as a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
As a Commercial Property Manager with our client, you will be responsible for:
- Day-to-day management of the property portfolio, including rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Maintaining all aspects of properties in accordance with management and lease agreements.
- Addressing tenant and owner queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, workplace health and safety standards, insurance requirements, and all legislative mandates.
- Providing regular reports to clients on all aspects of their managed property.
- Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Managing maintenance requests, implementing work orders, and conducting site visits as needed.
- Efficiently administering properties with exceptional service standards.
- Ensuring all client experiences reflect exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Developing strong business relationships with clients, offering timely and accurate real estate advice.
- Assisting in the management of property portfolios and securing new managements.
- Handling database management, input, property inspections, and general administrative tasks.
